The following is what to expect at the time of inspection.

We take your health and our health very seriously. All possible precautions will be taken for the home inspection. If entry into an occupied property is to be made, the following precautions will be made.

1. Upon arrival, the appraiser will introduce themselves. 

2. The appraiser will perform a walk through, taking necessary photos. 

3. Additional information may be needed by the appraiser and will be obtained at this appointment.
